I may be on my way to being a fan of the CL2. Without the elbow it is very, very comfortable, stable and leak free with none of the next day malaise I experience with the Headrest. I will refrain from being too enthusiastic because it is only day 2 but it feels pretty good.
I said yesterday that the large pillows were too large. I have to take that back. I felt a perceived flow constriction with mediums, looked at the opening, compared them to the large and the opening in the large is distinctly larger. I switched them out and the large were plug and play with no leaks. Once the CL2 is dialed in, at least after 2 days, it sort of just goes on the head and works.
So, for now, I'm a happy camper. Seems absurd to get so enthusiastic about such a bizarre pain in the patootie as a xPAP interface but...

I noticed that as well the medium pillows did not give as much air and the large did definitely gave more air.I said yesterday that the large pillows were too large. I have to take that back. I noticed the constriction on the exhale. It was more difficult to exhale than against my Swift or Headrest. It was much easier with the large pillow.
If they keep sealing well I'll stick with the large. If they start misbehaving I'll take the radical route of trimming the mediums to get a larger hole.

CC2
I kept my elbow on my cc2 (just in case I sell this thing), used RG's excellent advice about using tights with the simple cushion and went happily to sleep.
I slept without having to adjust my cc2 at all during my sleep - until 3 a.m. Here is where the funny part begins. I sit up (as far as my hose from the cpap will allow me since I have it secured to the bedpost), thought to myself - "No leaks!" "Wow, I made it until 3 a.m."
Then guess what I did? I ripped the entire thing off my head - tights, chin strap and all! I have never done this before. There I am - half sitting up with my headgear in hand, wondering why on earth I did such a silly thing. Well, needless to say, in my sleepy stupor, I did not get it back on securely and ended up with a steady stream of leaking air into my left eye an hour later.
Put my breeze back on and will try again tonight. Maybe I'll use some duct tape! ouch!

My CL2 did leak where the interface connects to the down tube. The small el lock. I put plumbers tape on that interconnect and the leak went away. I kept feeling a small stream of air hitting right below the eye and voila, that was it.
Good luck tonight. If you decide to keep it then removing the elbow truly transforms the interface into different, and better, creature altogether.
I was struck by how stable the interface is and how, even when the bottom strap of headgear slides up a little and the forehead piece slides down a little the pillows keep their seal. It stayed all night.
