Help Please. AHI's Increase

I am a 6 year CPAP user. I got a new S9 machine several months ago and use a Resmed Quattro fx mask. My AHI's went down below 5 for the 2 months. My machine is set to auto. Lately they have been increasing. I got a new mask and hose. I AHI's gone up to an average of around 15. Last night I had trouble going to sleep . I used the machine for 30 minutes while awake.
The pressure started building up . I took my mask off and my AHI's were 42. I did not wear it last night and slept well. I only thing that has changed is that my sunus's have been
acting up, however I am using nasal spray and have a clear nose when I go to bed.
Any help would be appreciated.

For your first 6 years...what pressure were you using? Was it a fixed pressure or were you using an auto?
What pressure is the S9 set at compared to the pressure you were use to before? What are your leaks like? What mask were you using before the Quattro FX? Help us..help you.
