Oxygen Caps to help with Zombie Mode!!!

Post by Ronnie Libra » Fri Nov 02, 2012 2:21 am

77,000 topics, so I hope this doesn't get lost.

Let me say, a few of you tried to help me a while back and I still do appreciate it completely.

So I wanted to give a little back and get some other opinions.

I found these quite by accident, and decided to give them a go. The disclaimer is I have Moderate OSA. I cannot wear the mask, but I am trying from time to time to tweak it so please avoid lecturing me on wearing a mask. That is NOT what this topic is about.

What is IS about is these pills I have been taking every day and I notice a MARKED difference in my Zombie days being deminished or recovering. I still have to sleep as much as I used to, but I have less days where I feel like I am zombified. I also notice that when I stop taking them (run out) for a few days the bad sleep waking up with Zombitis returns more often.

Either this stuff works after a few days of taking them (and I'm taking 2 before bed sometimes and 2 in the morning on an empty stomach every day) or it is A HELL OF A PLACEBO.

I say, if anyone wants to check them out and see. I will NOT recommend this be your cure for the common mask, but I am willing to bet it will help.

So has anyone tried these OR if you haven't yet and decide top, drop a comment in here after a week or so of using them and let me know your experience.

This is not spam or some affiliate link. I just wanna share what helps me and see if it will help other people out there because I f---ing HATE the days when I feel like a zombie and know it's not just me. So if I can spread some love, kickass!

Ronnie, you really do need to work on getting back into using CPAP.
As for the "miracle product" you found; You might do better going to a faith healer,
less expensive, and they may have the connections to help your family with your final arrangements.

This has got to be one of the more absurd things I have heard.

Getting Oxygen thru the digestive system is a myth that has been disproven for many years. Your money is much better spent on things that will actually improve your health instead of these very overpriced and lacking supplements.

Here is just one of the many articles I found debunking this garbage… and I trust Livestrong (and Lance) when they admit that something they might be able to use legally does not enhance performance.

No offense but I think the majority of the people here are more interested in treating our sleep apnea with legitimate XPAP therapy and not trying to cover up the symptoms with "snake oil" cures.

You can look at data from any drug trials and see that there are people who show improvement while taking the "placebo" treatment. No snake oil salesman ever lost money overestimating the ignorance of the general public

What a money maker. $23 for Sodium, Potassium, and Calcium!

By that line of thought, aerophagia should be good for you. Just turn up your pressure and swallow!

Reminds me of landing in Alaska, going into the airport and they were selling canned Alaska air for $ .50 a can, promoted as clean air... 1966 on the way to Viet Nam, They also had a Big Polar Bear in a case, but I don't think he was for sale. Jim

I usually just eat Chile, to make gas, but it's probably not O2.

A human needs about 2 pounds of oxygen per day. How much does one of those pills weigh?

One could get that by washing a calcium tablet down with some Gatorade!

Sorry you got your feelings hurt, but we tend to call BS on BS. You go ahead and eat your oxygen. Good luck with that. I'll breathe mine.

I wouldn't automatically dismiss the original posters experience at all. I do doubt that it was caused by oxygen or any of the other listed ingredients. However it wouldn't be the first time that an alternative product contained unlisted ingredients - stimulants perhaps?

Vitamin O is also used for... calming the nervous system... irritability, (and) unexplained hostility...
How's that workin' out for ya?

Admittedly, when I first saw "Oxycaps" I thought that FnA was talking about Anadrol:

and I did think there might be a little irony going on there...
