Just checked the http://www.batterypowersolutions.net web site and was happy to see they clarified the "Pure sinewave"/"Modified sinewave"/"sinewave" DC-AC converter issues I have raised to them. They updated their product pages and documentation with proper terms and descriptions and added warnings and references to CPAP manufacturers recommendations. There is no more ambiguity as to the type of inverters they sell.
It is nice to see a vendor listen to constructive feedback and do the right thing to better serve their customers.
