Where to buy Infosmart software online

Does anyone know where in Australia I can order the Infosmart software. Im wondering if you have a website link. I see that last year members have posted that they have purchased it in Australia, but any site I have researched says that they cannot ship out of australia. I have the Fisher and Paykel Icon Premo and would like to be able to track my own data. I've been on cpap for 4 months now and am having a terrible time finding a mask or nasal apparatus to fit properly. If i track my readings, I can better determine how the leaks I am getting from one mask to the next is really affecting my treatment. Any help is appreciated

Texmels, not sure how computer savvy you are but you can download it for free as a torrent. There is a link in a previous post about where you can do this. Just do a search.

my friend was able to download a torrent, but then it was a thirty day trial. they were afraid to register it for a full version since it was downloaded free. i have not downloaded it myself becuause of the same reason.

I read on one of the other apnea forums that some people were able to purchase the software from the supplier of their F & P XPap machine for around $40.00. Have you tried that route? Might be worth a try.

Just go ahead and register it. That's what i did and had no problems. Btw, re your other post on the Hybrid mask, give it a go. It's the only mask that has really worked for me. As others have said, you need to be patient with it as there is a fair bit of fiddling involved to get it right. It can often take a few (frustrating) nights to get it right.

How to work on that software. I have download both client and admin, which one is correct. It looks it engaged my internet and linked my internet. Can you show me the step to log in. I dont want to link to the server, can it just work on my PC ?

I am new and just started using an FPICON (Premo) with the ESON nasal mask. I have the same query as Bill regarding the setup and the use of the infosmart software. Does any one has a link to a some documentations? Contacting F&P got me to no where.

Unfortunately, the Infosmart software works by linking back to the F&P server so you have to use both client and admin. Once you've done this, it should work well.

Does anybody know how to register Infosmart on a Mac (IOS)?
