ZEO
I just purchased a ZEO Mobile for $39.00 plus tax and shipping (total $45.56) on Groupon. Can't wait for it to get here so I can give it a try. Any suggestions?

Re: ZEO
My wife uses the Zeo bedside unit and I use a Zeo mobile. My suggestion applies to the Zeo mobile unit only. Pay attention to whether the headband is actually charging once you place it in the cradle. In our experience the Zeo bedside unit can be quickly and even carelessly placed in the cradle----and the headband is going to charge every time.....
By contrast the Zeo mobile unit sometimes requires a little fiddling and finesse to get it to charge. I frequently have to push the headband at just the right angle---or even slide it a tad----to make sure the charging cycle starts. The key is to watch for the green flashing light pattern. If it flashes very quickly or not at all, then the headband is not charging. If the green charging light slowly cycles between on and off, then charging will occur.
Also if your smart phone receives emails, texts, etc. that result in sound during the night, remember to mute your phone volume as you sleep at night... I just use a spare, dedicated Android phone---connected via WiFi only----one that doesn't have an active mobile account. That seems a good use for a backup phone that would otherwise sit powered-down and in a drawer.
That $39 price is a bargain! Enjoy your Zeo...

Re: ZEO
SWS - thanks for the tips! I am truly looking forward to viewing the data. During my study I got zero Stage 3 and zero REM - and even my titration night the numbers were "below normal", but better than zero. So, i really am looking forward to see what my sleep patterns look like now.

I suggest you don't over tighten the headband.2flamingos wrote:I just purchased a ZEO Mobile for $39.00 plus tax and shipping (total $45.56) on Groupon. Can't wait for it to get here so I can give it a try. Any suggestions?
Otherwise you will be walking around all day with 3 red circles on your forehead
