Hello all -
Well, I am over my one year milestone. 100% compliance, EVERY Night (7-8 or more hours), EVERY nap.
What a ride - I have my life back. Never did I imagine that I would feel so great after CPAP. I went from sleeping 10-12 hours per night with a 2-3 hour daily nap, to sleeping 6-8 hours per night and a nap once a week or so.
I want to thank you all for the support, advice, and encouragement you have given me over the past year.
Now, my fiance is getting his sleep study next week, and hopefully we'll have some answers for him too. The doc was convinced that he too has OSA. I flashback and see myself through him everyday.
Any CPAP couples on the forum? How do you handle this? Keep in mind we are getting married in September and will be in bed for the first time together (and the first time altogether for both of us). Any suggestions?
Thanks, Jen

Congratulations!
And also for getting your fiance on his way to happy sleep!
My husband is a snorer, though I don't think he has OSA, but we might just ask for a sleep study to make sure. We have joked about whether they make a two headed CPAP machine! It would just be really romantic! My husband thinks I look cute in my get-up. And he loves not having to kick me all night to keep me breathing. Humor and acceptance, it works wonders.
Let us know how his study goes...
