C-Flex pressure settings

Post by 4surelees » Sun Mar 19, 2006 4:26 pm

I have a Remstar Plus C-flex machine and was given another one by someone who did not use theirs. I have been trying to figure out how to get into the menu for changing the settings. I have my current pressures. Can anyone please help. Thanks

Hi, I also been having a problem with too much pressure, my mask is leaking and it feels like its blowing my head off....I have heard it is possible to adjust the settings on my rematar pro2 ..without the card being inserted.....is that possible? If so I would like to lower it a number or so...

My provider disabled the ability to self adjust the settings on my Remstar pro 2. It was fixed at the setting prescribed by the MD at the sleep study. When I asked that they permit me to adjust settings as needed I was told that their insurance co. prohibited that. I rent the machine thru Medicare.

Ok, thanks Gerry, maybe mine is the same way ...but the tech. that brought it to my home changed the pressure right here in my house..because it was "set at the incorrect setting" (conflicting, paper work) it was on 11 when she brought it here, and upped it to 13 right here by a button pushing code.....makes me think that the 11 setting was the correct one to start with.....oh well . Wish someone here knew the code so I could try it at 11.....thanks for answering.......Bill
