AHI 0.00 on Intellipap!

This is a first on the Intellipap Autoadjust! I have been using it 100% of the time since November and this is the first 0.00. I usually have an AHI of 1 or below-- sometimes 2 or 3 but last night 0.00.

I used the Smartcode on the cpap.com site first and thought it might be higher with the software but it was the same! I use Smartlink and Sleepyhead -- all 0.00 AHI!

I am not expecting this all the time and certainly not for awhile again. I last had an AHI of 0.00 on my old M Series auto a few years ago.

I think I have had only 2 nights with AHI 0.0 and one of those was only a 4 hour night so I probably shouldn't count it. Good job. It's kinda nice to be able to pat ourselves on the back when we see these exceptional nights. All the more special because some of us just don't see them very often.

Congratulations! I've used the Intellipap for a little over a year and 0.3 is the best I've been able to muster. Guess I'm saying what you did ain't easy and I'd be proud if I were in your shoes just to say I had done it "one time!"

Good job! Diary what you did during the day and night so you can replicate this. I try to calender this so I can increase those zero days & this seems to work.

Wooohooo! Welcome to the club! I did a 0.00 night a week or so ago... took me 18 months to get that result! Of course, the next night I was back to 1.5 I had a good night last night.... 0.5!

The lowest I have gotten is 3.5 and I am on 16.5 pressure.

I had a 0.119 two nights ago. I like to pretend it was a 0.0 because the single Hypopnea was during the period between waking and getting out of bed. Unfortunately I did desaturate to 90% during a Snore event.
