I like SleepyHead better but then I was using it for Respironics data for a long time before I got a ResMed machine to try. So I was more familiar with SH.
Give them both a try to see which one you like better. You can use both if you wish.
SleepyHead stuff in my signature.

Sleepyhead gives more options. I like the interface. It's more intuitive. You can include your oximetry. I like that you can easily import old data if you archived old images of your previous SDCard data.

ResScan is great, but I'm beginning to think Sleepyhead is better.

Go with Sleepyhead. I have both and i found that Rescan doesn't give me nearly as much information as Sleepyhead does.
