Too much sleep?
Too much sleep?
I've had my machine for a month now and love it. My wife usually makes sure I have my mask on before I go to sleep, however she is out of town for the weekend. I went into the bedroom about 8 pm last nighht to watch a few minutes of tv. I fell asleep without the mask until about 1 am when something on the tv woke me. I put the mask on and went back to sleep. My dog woke me about 7 am. I felt pretty tired and unmotivated this morning. I usually sleep for about 6.5 hours per night not 11. I was wondering if it was normal to wake some days feeling tired after an abnormal amount of sleep or if it was because of sleeping without the mask for several hours.
Re: Too much sleep?
Sleeping without the mask prior to your using it... you kind of set yourself up for trouble.

Re: Too much sleep?
You only slept 6 hours, the other time was spent fighting destats and being awakened constantly.

What a lousy night!
Skip the untreated part; you could have been all right.
