Question about finding a local service

Post by WotV » Sun Dec 18, 2011 9:29 am

I have used CPAP for 12 years. I started with American Home Pt (I am in Rochester NY) and after my recent study, my new equipment was provided by Haprin because they delivered to my doctor's office. The pillows I ended up with just are not doing it for me, and I just read a couple of bad reviews about their service. AHP is in Webster, and found them to very unhelpful when trying to find masks (my first rep was AMAZING, but has retired).

Anyway, the only store I can find in the Greece area is cpap express and I read the crazy spammer thread here and never really found out if anyone has tried them. I'm willing to buy online once I find something that I know is comfortable, but I really would like to physically try some options. I really have a tough time finding something that works for me.

Bottom line: There's a cpap express in Stoneridge Plaza and I'm wondering if anyone has any REAL experience with them or if I should just suck it up and go all the way out to Halprin or AHP.

If your search fails, you could try Dane's mask trial service here: http://www.cpaplibrary.com/mask-trials.html $14 roundtrip S&H and you can test out the mask for a week. Great service...I've used it as have many others on the forum.
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
