Mask leakage

I have recently had my pressure increased from 15/12 to 19/15 and I am using a full face mask. I am having a lot of problems with leakage. Does anyone have experience with resolving leaks, without making the mask so tight that it dents one's face?

Indeed, let us know (via your profile in User Control Panel near the top of the page) and those of us here with your equipment can make recommendations much more effectively.

Meanwhile, the mask should not hurt or make dents in your face that don't go away shortly after you wake up. Most masks are designed to "float" on the air pressure, and ratcheting them down actually makes them leak WORSE.

19/15 is a pretty high pressure. TalonNYC is right- the mask should "float" on your face, but that is tough at those pressures. I've been there. Keep trying to adjust the straps not to be so tight. When my pressure was high I found the FitLife Total Face Mask (not the one size fits all). It's been the best mask I have found for high pressure and is very comfortable. You may just need another style mask. Good luck.

Depending on which mask you are using, the answer could be: mask liner + anti-leak strap - they worked for me with a full face mask
