For the last many nights, Ive been sleeping with CPAP, but the machine is NOT recording data. Something must be corrupted.
Has anyone else exerienced an issue with their machine NOT taking data? The USB stick is indeed inserted correctly, the light comes on, etc.
The machine seems to be increasing the number of days that it knows the system was used. But all the other good info is missing, and it is important to me that it is logged.
Any ideas or experience?
Im on travel and will be for a while more, so going to the DME is not an option. I dont need the info for anything. I self-pay this (makes it entirely ridiculous to need a prescription for every last thing, but that is why the medical system is broken), so I dont have to report to anything or anyone, but it is useful to review for myself and my doctor.

Not many Icon users here at this forum that I am aware of. Counting you...maybe I can count them on one hand.
There are a few F & P SleepStyle users here and perhaps one of them will have an idea so giving this a bump to maybe catch their eye.
Are you using the trial version of the software or did you need to get the code from F & P to extend beyond trial version. I thought trial version was 30 days and you are well within that time frame. If machine on screen data is apparently correct...wonder if it is a software issue? Just a thought...All I can think of.

Yes, trial version. The machine seems to be increasing the number of days counted, but nothing else. What comes up in the software is consistent - last day with useful data logged was 6 dec.
So after the 6th, it stopped logging useful stuff like hours slept, AHI, leak, etc. Stuff of course that I want to view.

I have never used this software. I wonder if it simply will not import any newer data. Sorry, I am not much help with this one. Simply no experience to draw upon. My gut tells me it is the software though.

No, unfortunately it is definitely not just SW. The machine itself is reporting 0 for hours slept, leak, AHI, etc., for each night, indicating that it is somehow not properly logging it.
I wish it was just the software! Id just then read my values off the machine and save them in Excel (though the actual number of apneas/hypopneas and some of the other info is really helpful). Unfortunately if the machine isnt logging it, then there isnt much the SW could do.
I think the machine has a memory buffer, as apparently it will save the data even if the smart stick isnt inserted. So perhaps the issue is actually with the machine, not the USB stick...

Sorry, I misread your previous post.
I have no idea what might be going on and if it is a machine issue it should be a warrantied issue. We have so few Icon users here and I don't remember anyone mentioning this happening. Other than the standard unplug, replug to reboot the firmware...that is pretty much the extent of any ideas I can think of.
