Experience with the ComfortLite II?

Would like to learn the difference(s) between the nasal pillows and direct seal ones. I understand the difference in contact with nares but am interested in the experiences of others.

1. Would the size usually be the same?
2. Direct seals harder than the pillows?
3. Which gave you the best seal overall?
4. Any other information you think might be helpful

I've been using the Comfortlite 2 for a couple of years with good success. Of the three different cushion types, only the direct seal work for me. I couldn't get a good seal with the simple cushions or the nasal pillows. But that's just me. The nasal pillows come in sizes S, M & L and the direct seal come in sizez 4, 5, 6, so I would think the 4 would be similar in size to the S, the 5...you get the idea. Good luck.

I've used the CL2 for a few years now. I use the nasal pillows. I can use the M or L. I tried the direct seal but one size was too small and the next seemed to big, I found them to be very uncomfortable. The simple cushion wasn't working at all for me. I find the headgear lasts a long time and is very comfortable with the addition of Padacheeks for the forehead part. I also got a Comfortlite original headgear for the summer time. Much cooler and just as comfortable! I've tried loads of masks and this has always been the one I go back to. Even when I get others to work for me, I find the CL2 the most comfortable and least restricting.
