How to read Elite S9 SD card with Rescan 3.14

When I place the SD card into the PC, Rescan 3.14 does not recognize the SD card..
I am using a SD to USB reader.
Any thoughts ? I can read the data using Sleepy Head on my MAC.

Thank you all. Now working, my error. It was a USB Driver error.
Now I just have to understand the data..
At first look, Sleepy Head reads & displays about the same.
