newbie - product advantage system

has anyone signed up for the product advantage system

i am new to this forum...started my cpap in june
so far so good, use it every night 5-6 hours
it's been 90 days so i am waiting for a new mask from my provider.
i was not really happy with the mask they originally provided. F&P Flexfit 405
i am waiting for a Respironics Comfort Gel Nasal Mask and Headgear.. doctor recommended
i just purchased a swift fx nasal pillow on line to try when i grow out my beard for winter

Any info will help

If you were not happy with the mask they provided, you should have returned it. There is a 30 day exchange allowed.
