New Member........looking for software

Post by maineultraclassic » Fri Aug 05, 2011 7:22 pm

New to the forum, been getting help along the way from a good friend of mine that is a member here as well as a res.therapist.

Due to my insurance not covering a sleep study or machine purchase, and being fresh off a 11 month unemployment stint........I was on my own to take care of my snoring/apnea. I picked up the equipment listed below, brand new never used, and have it figured out OK. With it set in auto mode, it is working wonders for me......I'm sleeping much much better, and my wife is much much happier.

I would like to find the software for it so I could look at my data and make any adjustments that may be needed. I believe I need the EncoreViewer 2.0, is that correct? Is there anyway to get it online or download it somewhere?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Steve

Encore Viewer is available from our host for about $99. Encore Pro can be downloaded from some torrent sites, but may or may not be worth the trouble. SleepyHead is alphaware that is being written by a forum member and works pretty well (particularly for alphaware) for many of us. And Onkor is another web-based piece of softwar being developed by another forum viewer that reads and displays data from PR System One machines like yours.

For a long discussion of your software options, see this thread by pugsy: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=64906&p=605748&

Used EncorePro this morning, worked great. Gave me a good view of my numbers and info.

Average AHI over the past week is 2.0, average pressure in auto mode is 11.8.

Those were the numbers I wanted to see, I can adjust the range of the auto settings now to tighten things up so it's not working so hard.

Thanks for the help.
