CPAP HC608 Stop working with code E32

Hi:
I am new here. I am on the road and my CPAP HC608 stopped working. The machine stopped after turned on after several minutes. The display still on with a code "E 32" displayed. But I was not able to turned it off. Anyone has this issue. Thanks in advance.
