HELP! F &P ICON info needed HELP!

I am on vacation and don't have my manuals with me (F&P ICON). My settings somehow were changed during travel and I can't remember how to get into the clinician menu to re-set them. Can anyone tell me how to get into the Clinician Menu????? This will teach me to leave that info behind, this is making my sleep miserable. Arrrrgh!
