acupuncture

Has anyone tried alternative medicine methods such as acupuncture for their sleep disorder?

curious about what options are out there & what others have experienced. I have UARS, wondering if it would help with the tissue resistance and stress points.

For a very large number of us apnea is an anatomical (structural) problem, something that acupuncture or meds, alternative or otherwise, can't change, though whether or not it could help with something like UARS I don't know.
