S9 Elite On-Machine Sleep Report

Post by snardo » Sun May 22, 2011 11:49 am

I've been running my current set up (see signature) for about a week now and have yet to see the sleep report change at all. Is there something I'm missing in terms of getting it to update each day? The sleep quality screen updates each morning with the new data summary and the card seems to be recording data just fine. I'm just not seeing the sleep report page updating. Even going in and changing the period from daily to weekly or monthly doesn't change any data that's showing.

Also, the clinician manual 2shows that this report should show leak rate as well , but mine does not. Is this a feature only for the Autoset version? Thanks!

Are you doing the downloading step in ResScan?

As far as I know this has nothing to do with ResScan. I am referring to the display/reports on the machine itself. ResScan seems to be working fine and I can see all my data when I upload it to my computer. The issue is that the sleep report screen on the machine is not updating from day to day and the data displayed does not change regardless of the time period I select (daily/weekly/monthly).

Unplug the machine from electric so that when you plug it back in the machine will reboot itself.
A few others have reported similar on screen "stagnant" data going unchanged. If this doesn't fix the issue and on screen data still doesn't reflect what is on the reports then discussion with supplier might be in order because there could be a problem with the machine scoring data.

Reboot seems to resolve most though.
