Worst results so far

Last night I had AHI of 21.7 and AI of 8.1 with a leak rate of 1.26L/s. I ended up swapping out my small mask for the large one and had perfect seal on the pillows. I added a strip of panty hose across the bottom of the mouthpiece to stabilize it. I'm disturbed with those numbers. I knew the leak rate would be up because of the leaks I was having with the small mask. How do I get these numbers down?
