S9 Elite Data

When I view the data dowloaded from my new S9 Elite (only 2 days so far) I can only view Statistics and Summary graphs; clicking on Detailed graphs displays a message "No detailed data available." Others on this forum using the S9 Elite have shown graphs of their data; perhaps someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance.

I believe that prior to the actual download there is a choice to obtain all or detailed data. So you have to tell it or you get only the summary data which is the default setting.

Thanks Pugsy, that worked like a charm. Nobody will ever acuse me of being a computer whizkid; seems I need all the help I can get.

Are you getting the "flow" data? Sometimes you have to tell it to display. If you click the little icon with the graph and check mark, you can select which graphs are displayed in each pane.
