Can one add equipment to the selection list in Profile?

I use a REMstar Auto A-Flex unit. But was only given the selection of the REMstar AutoC-Flex in the pull down menu in Profile. Is there a way to add my equipment?

You can list it in the "Additional Comments".....just as you have done.

Thanks. That's what I did. Just wondering if there was a more direct way to enter it.

How do the lists get updated with new products/equipment?

You're looking in the wrong area......alphabetically. You need to look in the area where the name "Philips" is listed......because Philips bought out Respironics a couple of years ago and now the newer equipment is "Philips/Respironics" or "PR System One".

Unfortunately, you're not the only person to do that. There are a significant number of users who seem to have the wrong or mis-matched equipment in their profile.
