I've been using PAP for many years. At the moment I'm using a BiPAP machine at 19 and 23 pressure. Recently I started having a problem with opening my mouth during sleep. I guess it's related to the fact that I have started sleeping on my back more, due to knee problems.
I assume that my options for addressing this are (in order of simplicity/low to high cost):
- Tape over my mouth
Chin strap
Full face mask
New sleep study to see if I need more pressure
If you use tape over your mouth, what kind of tape do you use?

3M, 2 inch, blue painter tape, model # 2080 [not 2090 - too much adhesive].
Cut 10 inch long strip so that tape wraps around mouth back to cheeks - insures better seal.
Pucker in lips and tell folks you can't answer the phone at night
