Hello Again!

Post by OceanGoingGal » Sun Jan 02, 2011 1:39 am

Good Morning!! I have not been in much lately because I have been so busy. Cruise season is exploding and I have been busy. I also still work part time with my mentally and physically disabled folks. I did quit the full time job and am relieved to have some of the load lifted. I will be okay as long as cruises are moving and I get some "on call" time in with the clients. I doubt that I could ever be completely removed from my clients. They are a part of my heart.
My sleep continues to be good for the most part. I feel so much more rested than I did. I hope all of you are doing well and that you had wonderful holidays. Best wishes to each and every one of you for a wonderful new year.

Laura

What's not to like?? I get to go on cruises as a tour conductor sometimes. Sure does suit me. Both of my jobs have special meaning to me.
I will be in to post from time to time. I may not post much now but I do come in and read. I have learned a lot in this forum. I have a better understanding of my illness. The best part is the great folks that populate these pages. So friendly and willing to help. Keep up the great work. So many are being helped by your knowledge.

Laur

Sleepy Carol, So far the new year has been good to me. Back in November I quit my full time job and was nervous that it could get bleak. Spending more time working on the cruise business. We are now coming into the busy season and my phone is ringing. I think it is going to be all right. I still do the "on call " work for developmental disabilities. Spending time with my people is always fun. So for being retired I keep busy and am loving life.
