OT To capture the minds eye

Post by carbonman » Sat Dec 04, 2010 7:23 pm

Another cold, clear day. Out w/my new toy. Camera.
First time out to start the learning process to discover all the capabilities.
It was fun. Seeing the world through a new eye.
Decided to look more closely at my favorite parts of the creek ride.
The big pic looking up the creek....Mt. Evans on the horizon.

Up close and personal w/the creek.

Some of the locals, out for a stroll, as I started up Tucker Gulch.

Beautiful pictures!!
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

Carbonman
The first two pictures look like jigsaw puzzles I did this year.
I think I'll use the second one as a screen saver if you don't mind.
Here in Texas we don't see too many bare trees, as live oaks and many others just don't lose their leaves and if they do it's not very long before they leaf again.
I've been to many states, but never to Colorado. But I do get to see it through your eyes.
Thanks Carbonman

You....you are directly responsible for my need to tweak.

...now......I must tweak ......have to tweak .....will always tweak.

Great minds think alike. Enjoy!
That is my favorite, too......and I'm going to use it for a screen saver.

Taking the pictures has added a whole new dimension to my bike rides.
It is just another way for me to escape.

Thanks! everyone for your kind thoughts.
