View Detailed Reports with Rescan

I just recieved my new S9 machine and have the Rescan software on my computer. I downloaded the one night's data from the SD card but for some reason I get a message saying that the detailed graph is not available. All the other reports and data seem fine.

I am assuming this is the report that shows the hourly stats. Can anyone tell me if I can access that report or what I have to change in order to have the software pick it up?

I have looked through other posts but can't seem to find an answer.
