Can anyone tell me how to change the pressure on my machine? Doctor told me today I could lower it because of the bloating problem I''ve been having. I need to lower it to 10 from 15. He told me I could do it myself, otherwise I need to bring the machine to the DME which is not that close to me. Thanks. Hope y'all are doing well!

Re: Lowering my Pressure?
Rotate yr dial button so that the cursor is in SETUP menu
Push the two buttons on your CPAP for 3 second
you are now in the setup mode. You can change the pressure by rotating the big button and then push it down once.
You have one big problem though. Your CPAP is a dumb one which do not store any data except hours used. So it will be an arbitary decision to reduce the pressure

Re: Lowering my Pressure?
No, if you have a System One Pro as indicated in your profile, you DO have a fully data capable machine. If you had the software (Encore Viewer 2.0 - $99 at cpap.com) you could see, on your computer, all your events (apneas - central and obstructive, hypopneas, Vibratory snores, RERAs, AhI and leak rate).
The only thing you can't do with the Pro is set a range of pressures.

Thank you. I plan on getting the software in the near future. I got the info and changed the setting. Hopefully 10 will work for me!

Re: Lowering my Pressure?
Thanks Hawthorne. I'll be trying the 10 setting over the weekend at my daughter's house. It better work to keep the snoring at bay, otherwise they'll be shipping me back home!!!
Re: Lowering my Pressure?
Snoring control isn't the reason to use XPAP. Keeping your airway open at night so you can stay alive is. Jim
