Very good article in the Streaming CPAP and Sleep Apnea News:
When sleep is interrupted...
This was in the article: "Four percent of middle-aged men and 2 percent of middle-aged women have sleep apnea."
Betcha if everyone in the U.S. were tested, the percentage would be much, much, MUCH higher.
Wonder how high the percent REALLY is?

I've heard higher
The numbers everyone I've spoken to "in the industry" seems to have settled on is that 10% of Americans have Sleep Apnea and of that only a fraction of a percent have been diagnosed, and less than that have been effectively treated.
This is broad and based on chatter and NOT any kind of study, survey, etc that I could point to.
