Gentlemen:
Referring to the two masks viz
Resmed Mirage Activa (order no 390023) and
Mirage Soft Gel (order no 437816)
my experience has been much more positive with the Mirage Soft Gel considering:
better (softer) fitting
superior seal
altogether greater comfort.
My rating of comnparision would be:
Mirage Soft 4,5
Mirage Activa 3,5

I'm running a SoftGel vs. Activa LT death match this week. Will let you know my conclusion in a few days.
