Wow, what a difference. I am very lucky to get my S9 earlier than I thought. Plan to spend the week-end but it reach me yesterday evening.
from appearance it looks smaller than PR systems One. However if you put them on top of each others, they are about the same. It is just smarter coloring scheme. The PR system One looks cheap due to the designer decision to use the el cheapo PC coloring scheme
The seller did not include the clinician manual. I have one in PDF format but I have to boot the other laptop. Since I am in a hurry (already 10:30 PM), I just do a quick search in this forum and get the tip what button to push.
Not having the Climate-line hose make the setting much simpler. No ramp, my usual min and max pressure and auto on.
In fact, due to its very quiet nature, I was not aware that the CPAP was blowing air already...
First impression: S9 is a class above PR system One. I paid 70% higher than my PR system One but it is worth it. While I do not like the Resmed pricing policy and the restrictions (eg no shipping of S9 to canada), I have to admit that Resmed make excellent products - far better than the other CPAP manufacturer. All my CPAP masks are Resmed made (except one FP)
I have tested and used 6 CPAP of 3 generations of Respironics (tank, M series and PR system One) in my CPAP life of 3 years, but this S9 is the only one CAP from Resmed and by now I think I am jaded enough to know that S9 is above all in quality and build.

Hey, thanks Elena for your best wishes and being my personal consultant.
Well, not having ClimateLine, the settings became much simpler.
Don' know yet whether I will need this item/feature, since my climate is mild in winter time ...
