Encore Pro 2.2 Not Letting me do a Typical Install

I am trying to install Encore Pro 2.2 on my VMware on a Mac using Window XP Home with SP3.
I want to just install the Typical installation and not the Advance but the dialog window had the Typical option dimmed so I could only choose the Advance which wants me to give a server name, etc. which I believe is not what I want.
Could anyone please enlighten me on this? What am I doing wrong?
Please if anyone here could help I would sincerely appreciate it.
