Noises on my machine

Post by brobtul » Sat Mar 20, 2010 1:05 pm

I am having trouble with my BiPap. After the initial 15-20 minutes, I hear a chirping sound. Even after adjustments, it starts to "chirp" again. Any suggestions?

You need to register and complete your profile. Unless we know what machine, mask, settings etc. you are using we can't even guess at what is happening with your machine. At the very worst it could be imminent failure of your machine. It could be a small air leak that could be easily resolved.

In looking back I know my father had undiagnosed sleep apnea and he suffered greatly for it. I WILL NOT go through that. Using a cpap is easy compared to that.

Does the 15-20m coincide with your ramp time? Not that it helps in any way but it might help you getting a step closer to figuring out what is going on.
