I use a full face mask with a humidifier and my face gets so dry. Any suggestions?

Ok, this is gonna sound bizarre but it works really well. Before you wash your face at night, cut a red or black grape in half and rub it all over your face, eyelids too. I squeeze extra goo on the areas where I get esp dry, let sit for 3-5 mins, and then wash face as usual and pat dry -- I do this at least 30 mins before I put on my Hybrid FFM. Took a day or so but all my flakey dryness disappeared. Been doing this since last Oct I think. Works for my mom too.

My car door whacked me in the face 10 days ago and I stopped the grape rub (sticktight bandages, doc said no grape)...I now have flakey dryness again. The morning moisturizer is good but no match for my overnight dryness. The bandages came off today, so it's back to the grape rub avoiding the cut of course. Give it a try and see if you have the same good effect.

You may also want to have a look at seb derm as it can often go hand in hand with rosacea and the symptoms are often confused/overlap.With regards the hot feeling,my skin can feel incredibly hot to the touch. You might like to try taking an antihistamine if this is compatible with your other medication as it can help calm the skin.
