Encore Pro Analyzer: No response

Post by desert rider » Tue Dec 01, 2009 5:19 pm

Does anyone know if James Skinner's Encore Pro Analyzer request page is automated or human?

I've requested the software from his site about five times (from many different email accounts), but I haven't had any response.

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.

I went to this page: http://james.istop.com/EncoreProAnalyzer/

There's a link to "Request Encore Pro Analyzer Beta". It says it will send me an email within 30 minutes.

Try the little icon to the left of the word Request. See if that's what you want.

Its automated. Occasionally the email doesn't make it through since spam filters either on your PC or at your ISP remove it. I haven't found a way to work around this problem. I will PM you with the download info.

I have tried several times as well, with no success. Can I get a copy also?

Thanks,
Tony

Gumby: So far that has not worked. I have now tried 3 addresses that way and nothing has come to either of them. I might try at home and see if that works.

Thanks James - I think the automated mechanism is presently inop. I tried multiple email addresses and monitored the spam buckets in each of them.

The download button worked like a champ though!

The button/icon left of the word "request" simply takes me to the request page, the one that has not worked for me.

I have the same problem. Just tried a different e-mail address, keeping fingers crossed it works this time.
I love his program, unfortunately I just did a fresh install of Windows and didn't keep a copy of it. Trying to get another copy.
