i got my smart card reader today. yay!

but...i think i accidently erased my smart card

whoops

lol

so im looking around, and i don't see any reporting other than compliance. does my machine have to be set to store the data i want to see on the card?

i should add.. i had an m series plus. i exchanged it about a week or so ago for the pro. they used the same card that was in the plus

Any machine with "Plus" in the model name ONLY records hours of use.

yes but shouldn't i have at least a week of full data since ive had the pro for that time? i think i picked up the pro on the 16 or 17th

First time I used mine I said the same thing. First problem was I didn't see the "Details" option when pulling the report. Even after that, I didn't realize the arrows would take me to more pages. Hopefully that's enough to get you into your reports for the week you've had the new machine. It was enough for me when Rested Gal told me over 3 years ago.
