Everybody should read this...

I went to a new dr. today and was thrilled with him. He really understands OSA, CPAP, masks...etc. He doesn't just talk like he's heard of them...he had opinions on them. I told him I use the Swift and he said it's a good mask but the nasal pillows wear out quickly. He loves the Activa..said he thinks it's funny how it suctions onto your face. He had lunch with a Rep. today that showed him the "latest and greatest" Breeze....the hard plastic piece the comes down in front of the face is now going to be soft and "pliable". He was impressed with it.

Most of all, he knew all about CPAP.com. He said they're a great company with the Best prices around. I told him all about this forum and he thought it was a GREAT idea! I told you he was good...

And the only problem is... he is your proctologist!

(sorry could not resist)

That is great and having your Dr. understand makes things 100% easier

It's is always good to read about sleep doctors who stay on top of their craft. As for the Swift, he's right about the pillows not lasting very long. I will be replacing my pillow sleeve shortly (been using it for only 3 months)!

Amy,

Did he say when us Swift users could expect the new version? Sounds like a great improvement.

Glad that you have a knowledgeable doctor. I feel very fortunate to have a great sleep doctor and dme.

Gilda
