I'd go with the one that feels the best and leaks the least...

I'm guessing that hairy folks have to go thru the same trial and error us slick-faced guys do. And that facial features are a greater factor than fruitful follicles. (How's THAT for alliteration!)

Two participants from the 11th Product Challenge identified themselves as full bearded. They both preferred the Quattro. Look for Paul and Scott in the reviews:

I don't use a full face, but just nose mask. The Mirage Activa LT has been working great for me, and I have a thick beard, as can kind of tell in my profile photo.

Using a nasal seal (pillows) will by-pass any furry face. The less surface contact the fewer leaks anyway. Ok well the easier to seal, much easier, not as tight, and no strap marks.

I tried the nasal pillows a few times The Swift LT. Could not tolerate it for longer than an hour. Painful for me. The Mirage Activa LT is doing well for me in terms of comfort. I have never had strap marks, either.

Full beard and moustache here and I love the Comfort Gel and very rarely the Swift. They both seal perfectly for me.
Machine: REMstar Pro 2 C-Flex CPAP Machine
Masks: 1) ComfortGel Mask with Headgear
2) ComfortSelect Mask with Headgear
3) Swift
Humidifier: REMstar Heated Humidifier
