How many hypopneas per 7 hours sleep are significant? Is 25 a small or large amount? Apneas are 0 to 4.

That's about a 3.6 Hypopnea Index. That's fine. How many apnea events did you have with that? You must have software telling you this or you couldn't know you had 25 hypops. in 7 hours, unless you have some magical powers ...

I've been told, rule of thumb is 5 and under AHI's are considered normal. Is that true? I don't know. In any event, it's suppoesd to be a good figure. So if your AHI is in that range, you're doing really well.
