I need to replace my Goodknight 418g. I have had it for 8 years. Anyone recommend a comparable new machine?

If I were going to get a straight CPAP machine, I'd probably choose this one:

ResMed Elite II

I'd get a separate heated humidifier to use with it -- the Fisher & Paykel HC 150 humidifier.
ResMed S9 VPAP Auto (ASV)
Humidifier: Integrated + Climate Control hose
Mask: Aeiomed Headrest (deconstructed, with homemade straps
3M painters tape over mouth
