ComfortGel vs ComfortFull Mask

Do both of these masks use the same "base" (ie size). Hubby has been using the ComfortFull (the CF2 also) and the gel model seems like it might be a little more soft against the skin. I was thinking that it looked like the only difference was the "cushion" part. anyone know anything about this please?
