Hello, and totally confused

I am not new to cpap but I was just told by another cpap friend at a car forum that I now had to submit a script before I could buy masks over the net. He said it had something to do with the FDA.
I just bought a new mask the other day with no problems and it was over the net.
Anyone have an idea on this?

Depending on where you ordered from, they may not be enforcing it...yet.
