That's all the time it took from the time I hit "Send" until I got a reply from cpap@cpap.com. Can you believe that?! That's awesome! Especially in a day where you normally have to wait anywhere from 24-48 hours for a reply from other customer service institutions.
No, I don't work for cpap.com, but with all the negativity around lately, I thought it was about time something positive was shared.
Thanks Johnny and all the employees of cpap.com for helping make the treatment of sleep apnea a little bit easier.

Wish that was the norm with every company. On the flip side is my current experience with ResMed. I've written them two emails over the past week or so and have yet to hear one word in response. Pffft!

I probably just caught them on a bad day, which I have a nack for.....I called Aetna yesterday and it said their customer service department was "closed until 10:30a for training". You've got to be kidding me...the ENTIRE customer service department of a major US health insurer is closed for 2 hours for training....all of it at the same time?!Slinky wrote:Wow!
