A little better, still symptoms

Post by jazzmynn1 » Wed Apr 29, 2009 10:13 am

Hello,
I have been trying to sleep better hours, and I feel more alert, but like on the verge of feeling depressed and still muscle aches.
My doctor thinks it will take awhile for the sleep apnea to get better.

The weird part of it is that I get toothache type pain in different parts like my leg and back that come and go.

The depressed part of it scares me, I hate feeling blue.

But, I am not in a bad fog like before.

Thanks for your support

For new readers who might have missed jazzmynn's original topic where several posters suggested the cholesterol med she's on might be causing the pains:

Hope your doctor finds the cause of your muscle aches soon, jazz. Hope you start feeling much better.

My mom is on Lipitor and she has muscle cramps/pain here and there. You will feel better. I am living proof. A lot of us are!

For me, I saw some relief right away, then a slump, and now after about 2.5 months on therapy, I'm starting to feel a LOT better. You have have been accumulating a sleep debt for quite a while (years? decades?) so it will take some time to pay it off.

You'll find a lot of love, support and brash (yet constructive) opinions on here that are all invaluable.

Hang in there
Sleep well and live better!
