i have been on cpap just over a year. I have a resmed s8 elite with humidifier. My mask is a full face quattro. Lately I have been waking up with my mouth so dry I can barely get it open. My tongue is stuck to the mouth and lips are practically sealed shut. Can barely get enough moisture to wet my lips. I have my humidifier on high. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? Feel like i*ve been embalmed. Thanks for your help.

Re: dry mouth
I have the same problem sometimes, Carol. My tongue is stuck so tight it feels like I'm pulling off skin when I move it.
Less so when I set humidity to 4 or 5, but I wake up with a wet face and mask leaks from all the moisture. I've pretty much trained myself to keep my mouth shut...
