Was it Pad A Cheek that helped me wake up this morning with rosy cheeks? That helped me sleep through the night without rolling over EVEN once, or stay awake during my 6:00-7:30 a.m. commute & THEN walk briskly for 15 minutes to the office? I believe it is very possible even likely. When I put that soft pink micro fleece on my swift LT and then against my face, I believe I finally felt some comfort. COMFORT! Thank you thank you. I also put on a hose cover and short hose cover for the mask.
As a 2 month Newbie, I know, that there will still be days that are difficult, but WOW for the first time, what a feeling.

Re: Was it Pad A Cheek?
I considered buying these but any padding, like a bandaid, would seem to prevent a tight seal and lead to leaks? I do have issue with nose bridge. I guess with Pad a Cheek you can tighten the mask very tight? I feel like I am adjusting all night long, turning the mask skirt back inside with my finger tip to stop leaks. I don't have a data machine to track my apneas, but I do know I'm dreaming all night long. To me this indicates REM sleep which I wasn't getting before. Since my apneas were highest during REM sleep, which I am getting now, I'll make the assumption I am not having nearly as many apneas during REM sleep, or else I'd be waking out of REM. I no longer have afternoon sleepiness.
I have the ComfortGel 2 FFM. Next month when I go to DME for replacement I may consider that Mirage Quattro, seems like a lot of people on here like that one.

Re: Was it Pad A Cheek?
Jason,
I love my Quattro although I've never tried the ComfortGel 2 so I can't compare. For the nosebridge, Karen has a Pad A Cheek for it too and I find it helps.
Violet,
I echo your delight with Karen's Pad A Cheeks.

Jason S,
Your Avitar is very distracting. AHhh, what was I going to say? Oh ya..
The covers for the straps do allow you to tighten them up if need be. And for your FFM mask http://www.remzzz.com looks promising.
Goodluck.
