Problems with Apria

Apria has messed up every my machine I've ever used. They even called me once to bill me for a loaner that I had returned. One loaner broke three days after it arrived.

If you have had trouble with Apria, please write to them and spell out the problems in detail. Their address is:

I sent a letter to both and I think they are least considering the possibility that something is wrong in their Redmond, WA office. I now have the telephone number of one of their VPs.
