I'm Confused

On my cpap machine it reads Remstar Plus M Series with C-Flex, I also have a Heated Humidifier, and also a SmartCard, Did I pick the right cpap from the list? Also can I buy Software for my cpap? If so can someone tell me which one to buy? I don't know if this will help I have Windows xp.

even though it has a smart card, if it says PLUS on it, the data you get is only compliance data (how many hours each night) - you don't get data such as how many apneas, snores, leaks are there

software purchase for a Plus is pretty worthless

As jules said, all your machine will report is how many hours per night you use it. Not very helpful, I know. If you want useful data, you need a Pro, or an Auto. Hope that helps.

Judy, below is a link to a list of machines that record full data and some that don't. As Jules and CollegeGirl mentioned, the Plus does not. Even if the Plus has a Smart Card with it, the only info the Plus can record onto the Smart Card is "compliance" (hours of use.)

If it were me, I'd go back to the people who gave you the Plus and ask to swap it for a Pro.
